Shipping

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Signed ForĀ® 1st Class and 2nd Class. These services usually takes 1 working day and 2-3 working days respectively. Please allow more time in the lead-up to Christmas. Please bear in mind delivery times are from the point of dispatch, not from the point of ordering. We do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Recipients can track their parcels from the point they are dispatched through to delivery using the tracking number we provide. Please use this link to track your item on the Royal Mail site.

Seven Mushrooms are currently a team of two people who work Monday to Friday. We will always do our best to process and dispatch any orders as fast as we can. Please remember that any orders placed over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Please also bear in mind that when ordering coffee it must be ground to your specifications before it can be dispatched, adding time onto the process – more information on the coffee product page.

Returns and Refunds

You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your products. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging and in a perfect resalable condition.

Unless the product is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

If you are returning the products to us because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of the products in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
